Each year, our group holds an annual Capoeira Workshop and Batizado where invited guest instructors and mestres visit our school to conduct workshops and assist with grading our students.

While attendance to our annual grading or workshops is not compulsory, students train in their level (see belt system) in classes and workshops, therefore if students choose not to attend the workshops to improve their skills, or attend the grading they may not be able to reach their full potential. Our belt system is consistent throughout the group worldwide and your belt level represents your personal achievements (skills in various components) within Capoeira and within the group.

Even if you’ve only just started training with us we guarantee that you will have the most amazing week of Capoeira improving your skills and learning new things when you join in the workshops at the Festival!
