___________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT INFORMATION: *Friday Adults Acrobatics Class is Conditional to training at least 1 additional Capoeira Class during the same week. This class may also incorporate Maculele and Performance drills.
All Beginners are welcome to train at All Levels classes. It is advised that Beginners attend at least 1 Beginners Class per week.
Students are to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. All Students must bring a spare shirt (or two), water and towel to training. Students are to contact your instructor if you are unable to make it to your regular classes. Please bring your own sports tape if needed. Beginners and New Students - wear loose comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. (No jeans or skirts).

The class will begin with a 10 minute warm up and light stretching followed by exercises for capoeira movementation. In class, be prepared to work hard knowing that an unfamiliar or difficult movement will come with time, patience and attention to the technique. Listen carefully to what your instructor has to say. Don't be discouraged if you don't catch on straight away. We look forward to seeing you soon!
